I love pickles especially sweet pickles. One of my husband's pet peeves is that I am the condiment queen and tend to keep multiple sorts of things in the refrigerator. Behind the sweet petites are pickled beets which I like to make and keep constantly also. Currently my favorite are the "Famous Dave" pickles which are bread and butter like but with a little zing. I think it is necessary to have all kinds of pickles to meet our pickle needs. Soon, I will do mustards.

wish you were around to make my sandwich for today! You've taught me to love pickles, too, but I usually keep just one jar in the fridge. I had a conversation with a preschooler the other day about pickles. He told me, "I don't like slices but I love spears." Kids are so funny.
